Casting

Joanna Jones has been involved in Casting since leaving school at 16 years of age.

Having worked at Lime Pictures (formerly Mersey Television) for 11 years, she was Casting Assistant of hundreds on commercials and programmes such as Channel 4’s Brookside and Hollyoaks, BBC’s popular children’s show Grange Hill and ITV’s Bonkers written by Sally Wainwright.

Since leaving Lime Pictures, Joanna has cast a number of Commercials and films including Viagra Blue (Full Cream), Shoot, North West Vision funded film, Leave Taking and Independent Film Shoot.

Joanna has recently finished casting for the brand new comedy film, Fifteen Minutes That Shook The World produced by Miracle Productions and starring Steven Gerrard, Jamie Carragher and Dietmar Hamann.  Written by Dave Kirby (Brick Up The Mersey Tunnels, Lost Souls, Council Depot Blues etc), the hysterical movie centres around the inspiration behind Liverpool FC’s fightback during the Champions League Final in Istanbul in 2005.  You can see photos from the premier of the film in the news section of the website.
