Open day for new young actors

Bananafish Management are currently recruiting for new young actors.  No matter how much or little experience you have, the day is open for all people.

We are looking for a bunch of new young terrific actors who we aim to suggest for upcoming TV programmes, Films and Theatre Productions.  To match the success and standard of our adult Bananafish actors division - a group of kids who can put Bananfish Management on the map when it comes to child actors.

In the past few months our actors have auditioned for and landed parts in West End Musicals such as The Lion King, Wicked, Mamma Mia, Dreamboats & Petticoats, TV programmes such as Emmerdale, Hollyoaks, BBC’s Moving On, Jimmy McGovern’s Justice, CBBC’s Tracey Beaker & Dani’s House to name but a few as well as various theatre productions, short and feature films.

Managing Director of Bananafish, Joanna Aicher, worked in the Casting Department of Mersey Television/Lime Pictures (Hollyoaks, Brookside & Grange Hill etc) for 11 years before starting Bananafish Management. Running for almost four years now, we are firmly established as one of the leading casting agencies in the North West, we have a strong presence in London and are known throughout the UK.

We are seeing children on Thursday 17th February 2011 and Friday 25th February 2011 at Gostins Building, Hanover Street in Liverpool City Centre from 10am.  To apply please email us to caitlin@bananafish.co.uk or call the office on 0151 708 5509.
